Profiles is a company based in Waco, Texas, specialising in design, development and administration of psychometric assessments. The assessments assist organisations with information about candidates and staff and enable them make important decisions at all levels of the employee life cycle. Derek has been engaged in people management consulting since 1991 on a part time basis. This has been a full time vocation since June 2004. Since September 2005 he has been an Adjunct Faculty Member of the GIMPA Business School serving as the Facilitator of choice on the Human Resources Management courses run by Business Support and Executive Programmes Department of the School.
