Vargas Battle Magda Vargas, the National Director of Profiles International in Puerto Rico, holds a Bachelor's of Arts degree with a minor in Social Sciences from the University of Puerto Rico at Rio Piedras Campus. She also holds a Professional Coach certification from the ICF (International Coach Federation) and a certification as a Human Resources Professional from the “Escuela Avanzada para la Gerencia de Personal.” Mrs. Vargas has specialized in recruitment and selection of personnel for several organizations in Puerto Rico. Magda Vargas has contributed to the success of many organizations with her knowledge and management of assessment tools that are used in the Human Resources field.
